Construction / tuning:
Actually this car is already 5 years old (my oldest son got it for his 8th
birthday in 2005! And now it was passed over in 2010 to my 5 year old son
(who is the driver in the video).
The car takes and took a lot of beating and I actually purchased a 2nd one
for myself (of course this one gave up). I am very astonished how strong
this little one was build.
The assembly was quick following the usual extremely detailed
Lego-instruction book. Every single step is described with its own picture.
Great car for the beginner but unfortunately Lego stopped the line of these
remote controlled cars (and it was not replaced) - a pity!
Really cool. Jumps, rolls, bangs, goes through dirt, grass, road, ... all you
can imagine this car takes and until today without a problem. You can
even adjust the suspension of the individual wheels, you may set the
back wheels higher or lower, and there were even larger wheels for even
more dirt action.
The supplied battery will take you around for approx. 10 minutes. Enough
for my kids (and sometimes even myself).
