The idea:
This project was inspired by seeing some footage on TV and various

Looking for a solution of how to realize this project and after some
checking through some of my planes I found out that the Graupner
Discus 2ct almost fits to 100 % the looks of the Taurus - just the
middle section of the wing between the fuselages would need to be
build.

The decision has been made quickly and instantly...

So - end November 2011 I ordered two Graupner Discus 2cT from one
of the online stores and got the servos and other rc-equipment sorted
out. Each plane cost less then 50 EUR and the rc stuff was sorted out
by investing another 120 EUR - quite cheap for a project like this.

The following should be realized:
- building of the center wing with the full length flap
- the 2 x 2 landing gear with thin wheels (no retracts at the moment)
- the center motor dome
