Construction / tuning:

There is not much construction to be done with this model. Out of the
box until ready to fly it will take approx. 30 minutes assembly. In my
case I still had to solder new plugs on the BEC to be able to use my
collection of batteries.
Fit the wings over the CFK rod and secure them with the supplied
screws. The same you do with the elevator wing. Then attach the
elevator wing servo rod (the only one - as all others were pre-fab by the
supplier).

Flight  experience :

April 14th in 2012 was the first flight of this great plane.
With sweaty hands and shaky knees I plug in the lipo, checked again
and again the servos and their direction and throw but then, there was
no more time for excuses! Full power and a few steps - the plane flew!
Flew without any further corrections! That was the first for me ever! No
trimming no clicks were necessary!
Cool sight and sound!
As there was no lake around I had to (start by hand and) land
on grass.
The plane is quite quick and likes speed - so surely not for
beginners. But an advance pilot will have real fun!
My colleagues at the club were watching with open mouth as the
Icon flew by!
